Applying

How do I apply?

Choose your programme, then complete the online application. You can upload documents now or send them later quoting your reference number.

What are the entry requirements?

Generally five O-level passes including English Language and Mathematics, and two relevant A-level passes. Engineering programmes expect Mathematics with Chemistry or Physics. See entry requirements.

Can I apply with work experience instead of A-levels?

Yes. Mature applicants and those with relevant experience or prior study are assessed individually. See Study pathways.

When is the next intake?

See the course finder for the next intake for each programme.

Fees and funding

How much are the fees?

Fees are published for each academic year. See Fees and payment or ask Admissions for the current schedule.

Studying at Southlea

Can I study online?

Programmes are delivered on campus with blended learning through the Learning Management System, so some learning and submissions happen online.

Do I need my own laptop?

Laboratories provide the specialised software, but we recommend your own laptop. See ICT and laptop requirements.

What does technopreneurship mean?

It combines technology and entrepreneurship. Every Southlea degree pairs technical study with the skills to create, finance and run an enterprise.
